The dimensions described on our website indicate the product width x length OR width x gusset x length.
We currently use a national courier to deliver our products the next working day, provided order is placed by 2pm. During periods of high demand, for example, Christmas, this may be extended. The majority of items on our website are held in stock. If an item is not in stock then we aim to despatch within 10 working days. For bespoke printed items we will advise at the time of order an anticipated lead time.
What are the delivery charges?
When purchasing through our online shopping cart, the delivery charges will automatically be calculated according to weight. The costs are clearly itemised on the shopping cart.
An additional carriage cost will be applied to the following areas only: Remote Scottish Mainland, Highlands and Islands, Isle of White / Man, Jersey / Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. Please contact us for details so that we can provide a quotation prior to order confirmation. We will always endeavor to use the most economical carrier service. Whilst maintaining the best possible service levels.
Can I specify a time for delivery?
The delivery will normally be made between 8.00am to 5.00pm. However for an additional charge we can offer an am/pm specified time (subject to geographic location) or before 9.00am next day. Saturday deliveries are available at an additional charge again subject to location and availability of carrier staff.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed via our online shopping cart or alternatively over the phone.
How do I make a payment?
Payments may be made online using PayPal or BACS payment.
When do I make payment?
We require payment prior to despatching your goods.
Can I pay on account?
Currently we do not offer this facility.
How will I receive order confirmation and invoice?
You will automatically be e-mailed an order confirmation after completion of your order. Your invoice will be attached to your goods in a document enclosed wallet.
Can I order larger quantities than those on the shopping cart?
For larger quantities of product than options shown on our shopping cart – please contact us for bulk discount details.
Can I return the goods?
If the products you have chosen do not meet your approval, please contact us to obtain a goods return number in order to return them to us within 7 days. On receipt of the goods we will make a refund for the value of the goods provided they are unused and in their own original packaging. We are unable to refund carriage charges because we will have incurred the costs as soon as the goods are despatched.
