Heat Sealer

Description

Heat sealers provide a solution for any operation that requires sealed bags. Ideal for heat sealing PE/PP/PVC. Typically used with our range of film bags, PE or PET lined foil coffee bags and block bottom kraft bags. For Natureflex Eco first range lined bags we would recommend the tabletop version.

We offer three types – tabletop, handheld and crimped.

Table Top Heat Sealer – Key Features:-

• The sealable area is 200mm (larger sealing area models available on request)
• Quick efficient heat sealing in two easy steps – simply lower the arm, raise it and heat sealing is done
• Compact, sturdy and reliable, this low priced heat sealer can handle up to 100+ seals per shift for consistent productivity
• Suitable for use with a variety of film bags including our Natureflex lined Eco first bags
• Clear easy to use controls
• Sealing wires changed easily and quickly
• All spare parts readily available

Handheld Heat Sealer – Key Features:-

• The sealable area is 150mm x 2mm
• Constant heat sealer for PE/PP/PVC
• Lightweight and easy to operate with a temperature controller and light indicator
• Aluminium mesh guard for safe operation
• Ideal for cellophane, wax paper, heat sealable aluminium laminates and heat sealable labels
• Temperature range 60-200˚C

• The crimped sealable area is 150mm x 15mm
• Constant heat sealer for Cellophane/Foil/Polypropylene
• Lightweight and easy to operate with a temperature controller and light indicator
• Aluminium mesh guard for safe operation
• Ideal for cellophane, wax paper, foil, aluminium laminates and heat sealable labels
• Temperature range 60-200˚C
